Pippa Hill lives in the countryside on the Somerset/Dorset border and much of her inspiration comes from the rural life around her, including plant and rock formations, farm animals and wildlife. At present she is making a variety of animals, mainly British wildlife, dogs and cats but she also enjoy the challenge of making animals found further a field, such as the odd lion, elephant or golden eagle. Pippa also get ideas out of the blue and often has no idea where they come from, so there are also some humorous fantasy pieces.
